Central Protection is a Seattle based, full-service security company—fully licensed and insured because you deserve to work with a security company that you can hold accountable. As part of that accountability, we feel that direct access to management around the clock is the least you can expect. When you hire a security company you have expectations—expectations that match your unique security situation. You need a security solution that takes all the factors into account, custom designs a solution that works within your budget and follows through with dependable, consistent service.
Many security companies are happy to provide the best service when you first hire them. But gradually over time, you notice that the service starts to slide. Less dependable security officers are sent your way. You find it harder to contact management. You begin to start looking for a new security service provider.
At Central Protection, it is our goal to never let this happen. If you have been with us for a while, you are even more deserving of getting 100% from us. Our long-term clients have made us what we are, and we value them.
We Provide Precisely the Security Guard Services You Need
Our hard-earned reputation in the security services business has been the result of our commitment to making each and every client’s assignment operate smoothly and trouble free. We have designed and implemented the full range of security service programs for a diverse client base and, without exception, met or exceeded each client’s expectations.
And We Do It without Compromising
Our talented and experienced supervisory staff checks each client’s facility at least three times during every eight-hour shift. The goal is to make absolutely certain that every security guard in our employ is on time, attentive to even the smallest details and performing his assigned duties to client, company and legal standards. At the termination of each work shift, the security officer on duty at a client’s facility is expected to complete a daily activity report (DAR). This report also notes any parking offenses that they issued during the shift.
Performance Not Promises
The key element in service companies is the ability to deliver the goods. Often during the bidding of projects, a contractor will promise a number of costly procedures and additional services. Unfortunately, after the contracts are signed, these promises get diluted and forgotten.
At Central Protection Security Services, every commitment to the customer is in writing with a fixed timetable for that event. If funds are to be commissioned, CP's states the exact cost and set aside those dollars so that our customer/partners know precisely the costs involved in any project.
Central Protection would specify the type of equipment and supplies for the term of the contract. A cost figure would be established first. Then, the date and delivery, installation and training of personnel would follow. The costs and exact dates would be recorded and tracked by CP with update briefings as needed. An example would show start dates and completion date, along with the actual costs.
Central Protection Security Guard
Central Protection’s guards are, without exception, carded and licensed in every security function necessary for them to carry out their assigned responsibilities to company, legal and client standards. Post assignments are never given until each security guard has completed the forty hours of education, passed required background checks, drug screening and completed some on-the-job training. We guarantee that few, if any, of our competitors can match the capabilities of our staff.
Our security officers take great pride in their appearance. At Central Protection we realize our security officers are the face of your company and often the first person your customers and visitors will encounter. We dedicate time to train our personnel to leave a lasting and professional impression on everyone that visits your property. The presence of a Central Protection security officer also provides a substantial deterrent to criminal behavior by giving your property a look and feel of safety and security.
All of our officers are trained, professional, and licensed by the State of Washington, therefore we will be able to meet any of your requirements. Taking ordinary people and having them perform extraordinary tasks is the difference between good service companies and outstanding service companies. Screening, hiring and training are the first steps in achieving total quality. Sustained quality is only achieved through solid management. At Central Protection we focus on:
Central Protection places the strictest possible emphasis on managing and assuring the quality of our people and our services. This thorough process commences when we interview, screen and access prospective guards. Applicants who cannot pass this process with flying colors are not offered positions with our company. In addition, we expect prospects to be interested in a career with our industry, committed to personal achievement and detail oriented. This process continues through our orientation where instructors file detailed assessments of each new security guard.
Central Protection assigns new security guards to their initial posts based upon the detailed reports filed by their instructors. This is done to ensure that precisely the right guards are assigned to each clients program. In many cases, it doesn’t stop there. Supervisors are frequently assigned to monitor new security guards to assess how they are functioning during their early assignments. If any weaknesses are noted, corrective steps are taken immediately.
Quality Management Doesn’t Stop with Just People
We fully understand that even the most highly-trained security guards also must be able to rely upon their vehicles, office equipment, communications gear and other real property. Two-way radio equipment and patrol vehicles, in particular, must be kept reliable at all times. To ensure this, we continually maintain these systems with regular maintenance, preventive maintenance and inspection by very-capable technicians and mechanics. We have a zero tolerance for failures that could have been prevented!
Adequate supervision of our employees is a hallmark of CP operations. This is especially important where new guards and those assigned to posts for the first time is concerned. We know that on-the-job training is a logical and vital extension of the classroom instruction our security guards have received.
We continue close supervision of all new security guards until we are fully satisfied with their performance, reliability, punctuality and commitment. All Star Security knows that security supervision is actually a key component of our company’s overall dedication to quality management. This policy spans all of our operations including office personnel, mechanics, staff monitoring closed-circuit television and remote alarm systems and even supervisors who prepare and file daily activity reports.
The responsibilities of CP’s supervisory staff include ensuring the punctuality and appearance of security guards assigned to client posts; checking every client’s property and environment randomly; and assessing the job performance of security guards.
Finally, even our supervisors receive some level of supervision from company executives and office managers. This top-to-bottom supervision is in place expressly to ensure that each All Star Security client receives the best possible security guard service.
